Eligibility of Members

1. Issue - Eligibility of members who can compete in National PAS Career Program contests. (Adopted December 1, 2017)

Concern: Local chapters could send individuals/teams to compete at National PAS Career Program contests without participating in any Career Program contests at the Iowa PAS Conference. Chapters and members could just take the empty spots available for Nationals without attending or participating at the state level.

Board Policy: The Iowa PAS Organization will only allow members to participate and represent Iowa at the National PAS Conference Career Program contests if they have participated in a Career Program contest at the state level for the same membership year.
